In today's episode Maggy talks to a good friend of her, she got to know on Sea Shepherd's campaign "Operation Mare Nostrum" in the Mediterranean Sea: Eva Zink, or better known as "Eva Les Petits Plats". 

Eva is a well known plant based chef from France and has volunteered on many Sea Shepherd campaigns as chef. Today she tells us the story that made her understand, how much sense a plant based diet makes. 
In Eva's words: "If you wanna be the change, you have to start on your plate, for sure!" 

Eva and Maggy share one more thing, that is affecting many people around the world, which is the mental health issues of sensitive people when facing the mess in this world.
