This week, Maggy interviews sister Aleghakeze Noi from Kamerun, working for the organization Caritas in South Africa. Most people have heard of that organization already, whose purpose is to raise the dignity of humans by making the poor and vulnerable not objects of human pity, but subjects of their own development and agents of change. Combatting poverty and promoting the rights of the poor by creating options is a huge part of Caritas' work. 

Many times we have no idea, which situations millions of people face day by day. Sister Aleghakeze is giving us some important inside views to create some understanding of these difficult situations. What  fascinated Maggy a lot by sister Aleghakeze, is that she supports especially women to create their own business and an income to feed their families. What is really beautiful and also powerful is sister Aleghakeze's smile and hope for a better world, in solidarity with the poor.
